Employees of Mail.Ru Group to conduct lessons on IT in schools in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
Employees of Mail.Ru Group will hold lessons on information technologies (IT) in schools in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The project’s goal is to help students to decide on their professional future, to stimulate them to receive quality education, including in the field of information technology.
The campaign will be held in 34 regions of Russia, as well as in Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan on 13 October 2017.
Within the framework of the “Day of IT Knowledge” campaign, the employees of Mail.Ru Group will conduct a lesson-presentation on the present and future of the IT-sphere in the educational institutions where they were trained.
Students will learn about the most significant technological trends, about what IT specialists are in demand on the labor market today and will be in demand in 10-15 years, how to create their own IT business and what is important to know about technologies in general, to adapt to digital life. During the Speaker’s speech, students will be able to ask questions of interest to them.
The lesson-presentation in Uzbekistan will take place at the school No. 279 in Tashkent on 13 October. Ulugbek Mamadjanov, a leading specialist of the user support service of the social network “Odnoklassniki”, will talk the importance of choosing a profession in advance, what it means to work in IT sphere, share his experience, etc.
