Umid Ahmadjanov met with AIBA's Gafur Rakhimov

President of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, Umid Ahmadjanov took part in the General Assembly of the Asian Olympic Council in Jakarta, Indonesia, reports Kun.uz

According to source, Ahmadjonov met with the president of the Asian Olympic Council, Sheikh Ahmad al-Fahad al-Ahmad al-Sabah and vice-president of the Asian Olympic Council Gafur Rakhimov, acting president of the International Amateur Boxing Association (AIBA).

Uzbek businessman Gafur Rakhimov became president of the International Boxing Federation in January.

In the Asian Games, eight boxers will participate, including Bobo-Usman Boturov, Mirazizbek Mirzakhalilov, Hasanboy Dusmatov, Yasurbek Latipov, Shunkor Abdurasulov, Ikbolon Koldarov, Israil Madimov and Yodgora Mirzaeva.
