Shavkat Mirziyoyev to receive U.S. Ambassador at Large for International Religious Freedom Samuel D. Brownback

On September 17, the US State Department's Ambassador at Large for International Religious Freedom Samuel Brownback arrives in Uzbekistan.

The US delegation is expected to be received by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

The program of the visit envisages holding meetings and negotiations at the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, General Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice and Muslim Board of Uzbekistan.

Furthermore, the sides will also participate in the roundtable on the topic “Religious Tolerance: Experience of Uzbekistan and the United States”
