Illegal transportation of $ 746.000 to Kyrgyzstan was prevented by State Security Service of Uzbekistan

State Security Service of Uzbekistan prevented the illegal consignment of foreign currency to the Kyrgyz Republic, the press service of the SSS Uzbekistan reports.

On Oct. 24, 2018, two citizens of Uzbekistan were detained while trying to illegally transport $ 746.000 across the Uzbek-Kyrgyz border at the village of Gova, Chust district.

The officers of the state body are examining the case closely and are to take necessary measures within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
