Uzbek woman had to settle $6500 alimony on her kids before being expelled from Russia
Before accomplishing the decision of the court on the expulsion of an Uzbek citizen from Russia, the bailiffs obliged her to pay the debt on alimony, the Service of bailiffs said.
While passing through border control on the territory of Orenburg region, a female of Uzbek origin was detained for violating conditions and regime of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation. On the basis of a court decision, the bailiff conducted law enforcement proceedings for the forced expulsion of this citizen from the Russian Federation.
It was found out that the woman is a defaulter in the bailiff service. Law enforcement proceedings for the recovery of alimony obligations in favor of two minor children were instituted in St. Petersburg. The woman was deprived of parental rights and the children were sent to an orphanage for upbringing.
The total amount of debt exceeded 430,000 rubles ($6500). After the explanatory conversation of the bailiff with the debtor and her relatives, the debt amount was fully covered and transferred to the children. The woman was escorted to the checkpoint across the state border, where she left the territory of Russia.
