Uzbekistan appoints new Consul General in Kazan

Fariddin Nasriev, who previously worked as deputy director of the Consular and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was appointed Consul General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kazan (Russian Federation), the press service of the MFA reports.

The consular district of the newly opened Consulate General of Uzbekistan includes the territories of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Kirov Region, Republic of Mari El, Republic of Mordovia, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Orenburg Region, Penza Region, Perm Territory, Samara Region, Saratov Region, Republic of Tatarstan, Udmurt Republic, Ulyanovsk Region and Chuvash Republic.
