Court announced the verdict to a teenage who hit an old woman on the head in Samarkand (video)

In Samarkand, during a mobile court session, the case with regards to the teenager who hit an elderly woman on the head was studied. 
 
It should be recalled that the incident occurred in May 2018 near the retail store 46 in the shopping complex “Shodiyona”. On the second floor of the trading center, young people donned a bucket on the elderly woman, and then struck the victim’s head. As a result, the pensioner woman fell and the hooligans fled from the scene. 
 
On November 6, 2018, one of the participants of the incident posted a video on Instagram. After that, on November 10, a case was initiated against teenagers under article 277 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
 
Shirinbek Abdurakhmonov (born in 1997), Anvar Mardonov, (1993), and Doniyor Bakhriddinov (2003) are suspected of committing the crime.  
 
“We sat with friends at the shopping mall “Shodiyona”. We put a bucket on the head of an old woman and beat her with a fist,” Shirinbek said that time. 
 
The victim was a resident of Samarkand Khalima Buriyeva (born in 1961). She had been begging for years in these places. 

According to Zarif Akhmedov, a judge of the Samarkand city court, a participant of the incident Shirinbek Abdurahmonov, who hit the woman, was punished with restriction of freedom. The court took into account the sincere repentance of the guy, as well as guarantee of the Youth Union and makhalla. 
 
It is not yet known what punishments other participants of the incident have received.
