5-year-old Muhammadyusuf Anvarov becomes mental arithmetic champion in Moscow
The IV All-Russian Mental Arithmetic Tournament, organized by the UCMAS Children's Mental Arithmetic Center, was held at the Moscow Victory Museum.
Children from 5 to 13 years of age were tasked to solve more than 200 arithmetic examples of varying degrees of complexity, make quick calculations and keep record of numbers that appear and quickly fade on the screen.
At the competition, Muhammadyusuf Anvarov from Uzbekistan won the first place in the category Beginner (junior category). He was awarded a gold medal and a cup.
It should be noted that this is not the first victory of the young genius. Muhammadyusuf took part in the championship on mental arithmetic, which was organized in May 2018 in Moscow and won the first place.
