Individual entrepreneurs permitted to sell goods to legal entities for cash transactions
It should be recalled that earlier, calculations were allowed to be made only in non-cash mode by bank transfer.
As noted by the telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice, cash payments need to be made under one contract in the amount of up to 100 MMW (as of today: 20 million 273 thousand soums) using cash registers.
At the same time, the wholesale sales of goods can now be carried out on the basis of concluded contracts with the conduct of mutual settlements in cash or non-cash mode within the aforementioned amount, including through plastic cards. Previously, wholesale trade was carried out only in the non-cash order.
According to the previously established order, it was possible to carry out retail sales of goods in a non-cash order, but non-cash receipts should not have exceeded 10% of the total monthly turnover of the enterprise.
According to the changes, the restriction, while implementing retail sales of goods in a cashless order, has been canceled.
