School principal pays fine for attracting pupils to forced labor in Kashkadarya
A video went viral on social networks showing how schoolchildren were involved in landscaping works in the Kashkadarya region.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Labor, the employment department inspectorate of the Kashkadarya region conducted an inspection of the information indicated in the video clip.
According to the inspection results, on the fact of involving school pupils in landscaping works, the director of school No.75 in the Guzar district of the Kashkadarya region Bakhriddin Musulmanov was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 51 of the Administrative Responsibility Code and was imposed a fine in the amount of 5 MMW.
The Inspectorate also submitted a request to the regional department of public education of the Kashkadarya region on elimination and prevention of the law violations.
