School principal who forced fasting schoolchildren to run in Ramadan caught red-handed while taking bribe
On July 27, law enforcement officials held an urgent operation in Kokand.
Reportedly, in the city of Kokand, director of the secondary public school No. 8 F. D. promised citizen N. N. to help with his employment at the school and demanded $200.
The school principal was caught with physical evidence by law enforcement officers at the school yard while receiving $100 and 850,000 soums. A criminal case under Part 1, Article 210 of the Criminal Code has been initiated on this fact. Investigative actions are underway.
It should be reminded that on May 6 of this year, it was confirmed that the school principal F. D. forced fasting schoolchildren to run under the sun after their classes.
Then during the preliminary investigation, the suspect denied the fact that he forced primary class pupils to run at the playground.
It should be noted that the prosecutor’s office of the Fergana region and the Kokand city department of public education informed Kun.uz of the investigation results on May 8. Allegedly, results of the investigation showed that the information about forcing fasting pupils to run was found to be unfounded.
