Uzbekistan Airways to sell 18 aircrafts from its fleet
The national airline company Uzbekistan Airways has put up for sale 18 aircrafts of western and local production from its fleet, the air carrier's website reported.
“Within the framework of the project for further unification and modernization of the aircraft fleet, as well as reducing operational costs, aircrafts, which are over 15 years old, were put up for sale,” the company said.
The list includes five Il-76TD, seven Il-114-100, two Boeing 757-200 passenger aircrafts and Boeing 767-3CBER, and also two Boeing 767 BCF upgraded to freight. The cost of aircrafts is not disclosed.
