Local resident beats several BCE employees in Kashkadarya (video)
Employees of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BCE) were brutally beaten in the Kasan district of the Kashkadarya region, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
The incident occurred on the evening of August 23 during a check in one of the district’s houses.
“During the verification of the legality of the use of electricity by state inspectors of the Kasan district BCE department, the illegal use of electricity was identified in the house of J. K., who lives in the Kuyibog mahalla,” the press service said.
When the protocol was drawn up by BCE inspectors, a younger brother of the house owner (born 1985) “intervened in the situation, insulted employees and inflicted bodily harm on them”.
On this fact, the district prosecutor’s office initiated a criminal case against the offender under Part 1, Article 219 of the Criminal Code. An investigation is underway.
