Court trial on the case of businessman and district deputy khokim begins in Kashkadarya 

In the Chirakchi district, an open trial has begun on the case of businessman and district deputy khokim.

Today, September 17, in the Chirakchi district Court on criminal proceedings, an open trial began to consider the criminal case against the entrepreneur Bakhriddin Isamov and the former deputy khokim of the Yakkabag district on industrial development, capital construction, communications and public utilities Mansur Tuymayev.

The trial is presided by a judge of the Chirakchi district criminal court Lutfulla Mamarajabov.

Bakhriddin Isamov is accused of committing a crime under Articles 25 (Preparation for Crime and Criminal Attempt), 98 (Intentional Killing in Heat of Passion) of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan.

In turn, the former deputy khokim Mansur Tuymayev is accused of committing crimes under Paragraph “a” of Part 3, Article 192-1 (Violation of Private Property Rights) and Paragraph “a” of Part 2, Article 206 (Excess of Power or Office) of the Criminal Code.

It should be recalled that on July 22, social networks disseminated information that in the Yakkabag district of the Kashkadarya region, a businessman poured gasoline over the deputy district khokim Mansur Tuymaev and set him on fire who tried to demolish his new two-storey building and workshop.
