Citizens of Uzbekistan who complained about non-payment of wages at a company in Russia receive their wages – FM
On December 3, news on the non-payment of wages and forced eviction from a hostel of citizens of Uzbekistan in St. Petersburg at a company ICA Construction was circulated on the media.
On December 4, employees of the Consulate General and the Representative Office of the Agency for External Labor Migration under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan in Russia left for Kolpino. During meetings with compatriots and senior employees of ICA Construction, specific agreements were reached on protecting the interests of fellow citizens and resolving issues that arose.
According to the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in St. Petersburg, most of the employees were paid their wages in full on December 19, and the rest of them will receive it in accordance with the agreed schedule.
