Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan prepare final documents on demarcation of state border
On February 17-21, Almaty hosted a meeting of the Uzbek-Kazakh joint commission on demarcation of the state border.
As the MFA press service reported, during the event, draft final documents were prepared for the demarcation of the interstate border connecting Navoi region of Uzbekistan with Kyzylorda and Turkestan regions of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the commission approved the Action Plan for the preparation of draft final documents on the demarcation of the Uzbek-Kazakh state border for 2020.
“The talks were held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere,” the press service of the Foreign Ministry said.
