- distribution of the number of students allowed to transfer their studies from universities in neighboring countries to universities of Uzbekistan was approved by the respective universities in the country;
- students, who transferred their studies from other countries (particularly from the Russian Federation and other countries) to the neighboring state universities in the half of the academic year without continuing their studies for at least one semester, will not be allowed to transfer their studies;
- students, who are studying at the universities of neighboring countries in the form of distance learning or online, will not be allowed to transfer their studies;
- it was determined that the transfer of studies from universities in the neighboring countries to higher education institutions of Uzbekistan will only be carried out this year within the timeframe set by the state commission for admission.
