Sherzod Asadov becomes Deputy Foreign Minister
Sherzod Asadov has been appointed to a new position at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the MFA press service said.
On March 19, 2020, the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an expanded meeting, during which Sherzod Asadov was announced as Deputy Foreign Minister.
Prior to his appointment, Asadov worked as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Austria, Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and other international organizations in Vienna.
