“About 6,000 residential buildings were damaged in the flooded areas” – Davyergeodezkadastr

Residential and non-residential real estate in the flooded areas of the Sardoba district, Syrdarya region was studied by the Davyergeodezkadastr Committee.

As of May 10, a total of 5,969 residential and 277 non-residential facilities were damaged in 20 settlements of 10 mahallas. Of the 5,969 dwellings, 4,587 are detached houses, 1,337 – apartment buildings and 45 – unfinished houses.

It was noted that 3,599 cadastral documents and duplicate documents of these affected residential and non-residential areas were prepared for submission to real estate owners and users. 

“Cadastral documentation of flood-affected residential houses has been provided free of charge,” the Committee said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations announced new figures on the work done in Syrdarya.
