Car crash in Chinaz claims lives of four people
A criminal case under Part 3, Article 266 (Paragraph “a”) of the Criminal Code has been initiated. Currently, an investigation is underway.
On September 13, at around 00:10, a traffic accident occurred on the 858th kilometer of the M-39 “Tashkent-Termez” highway, which passes through the territory of the Kutarma mahalla, Chinaz district, Tashkent region.
According to the information service of the Traffic Department under the MIA, driver, T.S. (born in 1986), was driving his Nexia-3, not fastening the seat belt. He lost control, hit the concrete barrier and collided with a Lacetti car, driven by F.N. (born in 1981), on the opposite lane.

Consequently, the driver of Nexia-3 (34-year-old T.S.), the driver of Lacetti (39-year-old F.N.) and passengers of the car – 40-year-old E.Kh. and a 25-30-year-old woman (her identity is being clarified) died at the scene of the accident.
Also, passengers of the Lacetti 29-year-old K.B. and 44-year-old Yu.Kh. were hospitalized with various bodily injuries.


A criminal case under Part 3, Article 266 (Paragraph “a”) of the Criminal Code has been initiated by the Traffic Department under the Chinaz district DIA and currently, an investigation is underway.
