Uzbekistan Railways sends trains to Volgograd to repatriate Uzbek citizens
Uzbekistan Railways has organized special trains to return citizens of Uzbekistan from the Russian Federation.
These trains will depart from Volzhsky (Volgograd Oblast, Russian Federation) on October 15, 18, 22, 25, 28, as well as on November 1 and 2 of this year. They are expected to arrive in Tashkent on October 18, 21, 25, 28, 31, November 4 and 5, respectively.
The company introduces electronic tickets for the convenience of passengers so that tickets for fellow citizens in Volgograd can be purchased by their relatives or acquaintances in Uzbekistan and sent to them via the Internet.
To note, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the borders with neighboring Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation are closed. Electronic tickets are sold only to specially organized trains for the return of citizens from Russia.
