Former headquarters building of SSS to be put up for sale

The President has signed the decree on measures for accelerated reform of parastatal enterprises and privatization of state assets.

According to the document, the former headquarters of the State Security Service (SSS), which is located on Sayilgoh Street in the Yunusabad district, is planned to be put up for sale.

The total area of the building is more than 20,000 square meters.

The document states that from November 1, the State Assets Management Agency will ensure that shares in enterprises and real estate are publicly tendered.
