138 more people test positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan
On March 24, 138 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the total number of cases to 81,816.
According to the Ministry of Health, 111 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 3 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Namangan, 2 – in Samarkand and 20 – in Tashkent region.
One patient died. The death toll has reached 624, the ministry says.
So far, 80,143 people have recovered from the disease. Currently, 1,049 patients are being treated in hospitals, 191 of them are in serious and 85 – are in critical condition.
