AVA MGC buys state share in Bukhara Repair-Mechanical Plant for 15.2 billion soums
The company will create a line for the production of domestic boilers and metal radiators here.

AVA MANAGEMENT Group Corporation (AVA MGC) has bought the state share in the Bukhara Repair-Mechanical Plant, Spot writes referring to the stock exchange data.
The agreement was reached on March 27. The company has become the owner of 40.05% of the plant’s shares for 15.2 billion soums.
AVA MGC was founded in 2020. As a management and investment company, it is engaged in projects in the field of non-ferrous extractive metallurgy, agricultural and textile industries.
