More than 5,000 people vaccinated against coronavirus on April 1
The Health Ministry reported that on April 1 – the first day of the vaccination – 5,018 people were vaccinated in Uzbekistan.
In the first stage of vaccination, it is planned to vaccinate citizens aged 65 and over, as well as medical personnel.
“On April 1, 1,871 people over the age of 65 and 3,147 health workers were vaccinated.
In the city of Tashkent, 1,651 people received a vaccination, which is the highest rate among regions.
The next places in terms of vaccination are occupied by Fergana (467 people), Kashkadarya (389 people) and Tashkent regions (317 people).
Vaccination processes continue.
