Counterfeit currency traders detained in Fergana
Internal Affairs Ministry officers have detained three people (aged 48, 46 and 36) in Kokand, Fergana region for trading counterfeit money.
Reportedly, they were caught red-handed while trying to sell $24,850 counterfeit banknotes for $10,000.
The seized currency was produced using an ordinary color printer, the department said.
