195 more people test positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan
On April 9, another 195 people tested positive for coronavirus in the country. The total number of cases has reached 84,724.
The Ministry of Health says 134 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 2 – in Karakalpakstan, 1 – in Andijan, 3 – in Bukhara, 2 – in Jizzakh, 3 – in Namangan, 19 – in Samarkand, 3 – in Syrdarya, 3 – in Fergana, 2 – in Khorezm and 23 – in Tashkent region.
The number of recovered stands at 82,586 in total (98 percent).
Currently, 1,504 people are being treated in hospitals, 229 of them are in serious and 104 – in critical condition.
