Coronavirus cases surpass 86 thousand in Uzbekistan
On April 15, 292 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the number of officially reported cases to 86,022.
According to the Ministry of Health, 206 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 2 – in Andijan, 7 – in Bukhara, 2 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Kashkadarya, 3 – in Namangan, 21 – in Samarkand, 3 – in Syrdarya, 5 – in Surkhandarya, 2 – in Fergana, 2 – in Khorezm and 37 – in Tashkent region.
Reportedly, 1 patient died. The official death toll has reached 635.
So far, 83,649 people have recovered from the disease in the country.
Currently, 1,738 patients are being treated in hospitals.
