Coronavirus: Two patients died on May 3, the death toll reached 655
314 more people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan on May 3, bringing the total number of cases to 92,320.
The Ministry of Health reported that 188 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 4 – in Karakalpakstan, 5 – in Andijan, 6 – in Bukhara, 5 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Kashkadarya, 3 – in Navoi, 5 – in Namangan, 39 – in Samarkand, 5 – in Syrdarya, 1 – in Surkhandarya, 8 – in Fergana, 11 – in Khorezm and 32 – in Tashkent region.
“2 patients died yesterday. The death toll stands at 655,” the Health Ministry said.
So far, 88,258 people have recovered from the disease in the country. Currently, 3,407 patients are being treated in hospitals.
