Nearly 400 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan on May 11 – Health Ministry
On May 11, 395 more people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the number of total recorded cases to 95,467.
“216 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 3 – in Karakalpakstan, 8 – in Andijan, 3 – in Bukhara, 3 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Kashkadarya, 8 – in Namangan, 72 – in Samarkand, 4 – in Syrdarya, 6 – in Surkhandarya, 3 – in Fergana, 5 – in Khorezm and 60 – in Tashkent region,” the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
Also, two patients died yesterday. The official death toll has reached 666.
So far 90,976 people have recovered from the disease in the country. Currently, 3,825 patients are being treated in hospitals.
