Coronavirus cases exceed 96 thousand in Uzbekistan
On May 13, 291 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the number of total recorded cases to 96,117.
“124 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 8 – in Karakalpakstan, 7 – in Andijan, 7 – in Bukhara, 3 – in Jizzakh, 5 – in Kashkadarya, 2 – in Navoi, 6 – in Namangan, 26 – in Samarkand, 6 – in Syrdarya, 1 – in Surkhandarya, 20 – in Fergana, 8 – in Khorezm and 68 – in Tashkent region,” the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
So far 91,507 people have recovered from the disease in the country. Currently, 3,943 patients are being treated in hospitals.
