Russia to deliver another Afrosiyob high-speed train to Uzbekistan
Specialists of Uzbek Railways, together with Russian colleagues, have already prepared the train for transportation.
A modern Afrosiyob train will be delivered from Russia to Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Transport reports.
According to the Ministry of Transport, at the end of last month, ships with two locomotives and 11 wagons on board arrived from the Spanish port of Bilbao to St. Petersburg. In mid-July, four more wagons were delivered to Russia.
Specialists of Uzbek Railways, together with Russian colleagues, have prepared the train for transportation to Uzbekistan.
The first Afrosiyob high-speed train was delivered to Uzbekistan in 2011, and since then their number has increased to five.
