Shavkat Mirziyoyev to take part in UzLiDeP congress on September 9

On September 9, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take part in the congress of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (UzLiDeP). This was announced by the press secretary of the President Sherzod Asadov.

At a regular briefing, Asadov informed media representatives about the events of the head of state over the past week and plans for the current week.

“Today [September 6] it is planned to present projects implemented in the pharmaceutical industry and in Tashkent.

Also within the framework of this week, presentations of investment projects in strategic areas, the implementation of the “One Million Programmers” project, the activities of presidential schools and specialized schools are planned.

The head of our state will also meet with the winners of the Paralympic Games.

On September 9, Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take part in the congress of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan,” the presidential press secretary informed.

The party nominated Shavkat Mirziyoyev at an extraordinary plenum on August 7. Now his candidacy must be approved at the UzLiDeP congress.

The party also nominated Shavkat Mirziyoyev in the 2016 presidential election.
