Health Ministry reports 406 COVID-19, 37 pneumonia cases
On September 27, 406 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, 37 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.
According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 172,899 (+406).
Reportedly, 166 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 9 – in Karakalpakstan, 16 – in Andijan, 8 – in Bukhara, 7 – in Jizzakh, 4 – in Kashkadarya, 4 – in Navoi, 12 – in Namangan, 33 – in Samarkand, 11 – in Syrdarya, 5 – in Surkhandarya, 28 – in Fergana, 13 – in Khorezm and 89 – in Tashkent region.
5 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, the official death toll – 1,230.
As of September 27, the number of recovered stands at 167,700 (+501).
Also, 37 people tested positive for pneumonia on Monday, bringing the total number of cases to 27,017. According to the Ministry of Health, 32 of them recovered yesterday (25,301 in total).
2 pneumonia patients died on September 27, the number of deaths from pneumonia is 227.
