Coronavirus cases near 175 thousand in Uzbekistan
On October 1, 471 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, 69 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 174,879 (+471).
Reportedly, 192 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 19 – in Karakalpakstan, 15 – in Andijan, 10 – in Bukhara, 9 – in Jizzakh, 6 – in Kashkadarya, 5 – in Navoi, 15 – in Namangan, 44 – in Samarkand, 12 – in Syrdarya, 3 – in Surkhandarya, 28 – in Fergana, 11 – in Khorezm and 102 – in Tashkent region.
3 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, the official death toll – 1,245.
As of October 1, the number of recovered stands at 169,866 (+495).
Also, 59 people tested positive for pneumonia on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases to 27,276. According to the Ministry of Health, 92 of them recovered yesterday (25,550 in total).
1 pneumonia patient died on October 1, the number of deaths from pneumonia is 233.
