Dutch ambassador presents credentials to FM Kamilov
On October 6, Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands with residence in Moscow, Gilles Beschoor Plug.
Accepting his credentials, the minister congratulated the ambassador on his appointment to a responsible post and expressed hope that his professional experience would further strengthen Uzbek-Dutch relations in areas of mutual interest.
“We believe that the upcoming opening of an Uzbek trading house in the Netherlands contributes to an increase in the range of Uzbek national goods that are in high demand in the European market,” Abdulaziz Kamilov said.

The parties noted their interest in enhancing the political dialogue, including within the framework of the "Uzbekistan – European Union" format, the development of inter-parliamentary ties, the expansion of trade and economic contacts and cultural-humanitarian relations.
