Uzbekistan establishes zero import duties on 82 commodity items
On October 20, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on ensuring the competitiveness of production in Uzbekistan.

The document establishes zero import duties on 82 commodity items into the country. These are raw materials, semi-finished products and product parts.
In addition to fabrics and materials for the textile industry, the list contains a wide variety of products - from castor oil and chemical raw materials to enzymes and resins, from plywood and chipboard to batteries, primary cells and parts for lighters (except for cigarette).
