Coronavirus: Total officially registered cases surpass 183 thousand in Uzbekistan
On October 22, 372 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, 9 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.
According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 183,191 (+372).
Reportedly, 132 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 4 – in Karakalpakstan, 13 – in Andijan, 8 – in Bukhara, 11 – in Jizzakh, 3 – in Kashkadarya, 3 – in Navoi, 19 – in Namangan, 39 – in Samarkand, 9 – in Syrdarya, 5 – in Surkhandarya, 23 – in Fergana, 22 – in Khorezm and 81 – in Tashkent region.
2 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, the official death toll – 1,302.
As of October 22, the number of recovered stands at 179,019 (+324).
Also, 9 people tested positive for pneumonia on Friday, bringing the total number of cases to 27,611. According to the Ministry of Health, 19 of them recovered yesterday (26,109 in total).
