First-year graduates of higher military educational institutions to be considered to have undergone military service
Graduates of the first year of higher military educational institutions will now be considered to have served in the army.

According to the approved charter, higher military educational institutions include the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Customs Institute of the State Customs Committee.
These military universities offer at least 3 years of full-time undergraduate education and 4 years of part-time and distance education.
