New sports association appears in Uzbekistan

Skate Uzbekistan association has been established in the country. Aziz Akhmedov has been elected its Chairman and Kamol Usmanov – the Secretary-General.

The association includes such sports as skateboarding, roller skating, figure skating, freestyle slalom, roller hockey, roller derby, and scooter sports.

The new organization will provide Uzbek youth with the opportunity to participate in prestigious international skateboarding and rollerblading competitions.

Now Uzbek skateboarders will try their chance to win licenses for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
