Uzbekistan permits voluntary vaccination with a booster dose against COVID-19
Uzbekistan has permitted voluntary vaccination with a booster dose against the coronavirus infection for those who have completed a full course of vaccination (2 or 3 doses).

A relevant statement came from the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Uzbekistan.
The aim is to increase immunity against COVID-19 among the population, the statement says.
It should be noted that mass vaccination against coronavirus in our country has been carried out since April 1 of this year.
In particular, to date, a total of 42 million 805 thousand doses of 6 types of COVID-19 vaccines have been imported. It is also expected that the republic will receive another 5.6 million doses by the end of the year.
