Fee for registering business entities reduced by five-fold

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers has introduced amendments and additions to some legislative acts.

According to the amendments, applications to obtain a lawyer’s license will be considered by the judiciary within 10 business days (previously it was 20 business days).

There is also a clear list of crimes that prevent guardianship and trusteeship (previously, there were restrictions on all those convicted of intentional crimes).

Now, if you apply for re-registration of your business entity within 5 working days after the refusal to register it, no state fee will be paid.

Also, the fee for registering business entities has been reduced to 20% of the BCA (previously it was charged in the amount of 1 BCA – 275 thousand soums).
