Uzbekistan abolishes import duties on a number of goods
The benefits are valid until December 31, 2022.

The presidential Decree ON measures to ensure the implementation of the law on the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022 was adopted.
The list of goods subject to zero import duty on import into the territory of Uzbekistan until December 31, 2022:
• freshly slaughtered, chilled or frozen poultry meat and additional food products specified in goods item 0105;
• wheat flour or wheat-rye flour;
• processed in other ways than rice specified in goods item 1006 (for example, grains that have been peeled, pressed, and processed into cereals in a milled form);
• whole, pressed or ground grain in the form of cereals;
• refined or unrefined sunflower, safflower or cottonseed oil and their fractions without changing their chemical composition;
• soap; organic substances and agents that have an active effect on the surface, with or without the addition of soap, used as soap in the form of brushes or molded products;
• organic substances and skin cleansers in the form of liquid or cream and packaged for retail sale, with or without the addition of soap, which have an active effect on the surface;
• organic substances that have an active effect on the surface (except soap); substances that have an active effect on the surface, with or without the addition of soap (except for goods item 3401), detergents (including auxiliary detergents) and cleaning agents.
