The relevant document was accepted back in April 2015. Then, 2015 was announced “Year of attention and care for the older generation”.
The decree “On additional measures to further strengthen social protection and material support for the older generation” states that from May 1, 2015, pensioners over the age of 100 will receive an additional payment in the amount of 100% of the base calculating pension indicator.
From September 1, 2021, the base calculating pension indicator is 289,000 soums per month.
Financing of the amounts of the monthly additional payment to the pensions of citizens who have reached the age of 100 years or more is carried out at the expense of the off-budgetary Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance.
Thus, the document that long-lived pensioners aged 100 years and older receive a 100% pension premium was adopted back in 2015. The only difference is that there was a 100% MPL then.
