Health Ministry reports over 1,300 new COVID-19 cases
On January 19, 1,307 people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Uzbekistan.
According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 209,578 (+1,307).
Reportedly, 568 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 39 – in Karakalpakstan, 31 – in Andijan, 31 – in Bukhara, 51 – in Jizzakh, 19 – in Kashkadarya, 12 – in Navoi, 55 – in Namangan, 43 – in Samarkand, 20 – in Syrdarya, 34 – in Surkhandarya, 157 – in Fergana, 53 – in Khorezm and 194 – in Tashkent region.
4 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,529.
As of January 19, the number of recovered stands at 201,246 (+734).
