Presidential decree: Legal entities exempt from property tax and land tax will pay 1% of the calculated amount of these taxes

In accordance with the presidential decree “On measures to ensure the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022” dated December 30, 2021, it is envisaged to introduce a procedure for collecting from legal entities exempted from paying property tax and land tax, 1% of the calculated amount of these taxes.
