Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan adopting new agreement on customs control
The agreement between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of Kazakhstan on joint customs control over the transportation of energy resources across the Uzbek-Kazakh customs border through pipelines and power lines, signed on December 6, 2021, in Nur-Sultan, will be approved.
The State Customs Committee of Uzbekistan is responsible for the implementation of this international agreement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send a notification to the Kazakh side about the completion by Uzbekistan of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this international agreement.
The Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of relevant ministries and departments are instructed to ensure control over the fulfillment of the obligations of Uzbekistan after the entry into force of this document.
Control over the execution of the agreement is entrusted to Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov.
