Uzbekistan to start installation of “smart” cameras

In the Namangan region, “smart radar systems” will be installed on the roads, working with a laser complex and to which anti-radar equipment does not respond, the regional press service reported.
It is noted that the regional khokim Shavkatjon Abdurazakov held talks with representatives of the Turkish company ÜÇ NOKTA, which supplies this equipment.
The Turkish company is implementing an investment project worth $10 million. Within its framework, the city will install a new generation of “smart radar systems” designed for use in the field of road safety.
The advantage of this system is that it is still able to regulate traffic on roads and intersections, prevent accidents and limit the human factor, as well as limit the human factor to prevent corruption.
