Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover reached $3.5bn in January
The foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan amounted to $3.5 billion in January 2022, the State Statistics Committee reported.
During the reporting month, the country’s exports were recorded at $1.4 billion, of which $1.2 billion came from the export of products and $176.5 million – from the export of services.
Imports in January amounted to $2.1 billion: products - $1.9 billion and services - $147.1 million.
The negative balance of FTT in the amount of $700 million was recorded in the first month of 2022, the report says.
