SSS officers detain a man carrying almost 6 kg of drugs from Tajikistan (video)
In Surkhandarya, a father and his two sons were arrested for trying to sell drugs imported from a neighboring country.

It was reported that a resident of Uzun district, Surkhandarya region (born in 1991), was detained while illegally crossing the state border and smuggling 5 kg 593 gr of opium from Tajikistan.
Also, the operative event was continued, his accomplice (born in 1986), a resident of Uzun district, as well as brothers (born in 1985 and 1990), residents of Denau district, were detained.
A resident of Termez city (born in 1969) and his two sons (born in 1990 and 1992) were stopped in their Cobalt car at the “Umakay” traffic patrol station in Chirakchi district on their way to Tashkent.
During the inspection of the car, it was found that there was 1 kg of hashish hidden in the engine compartment, which was duly registered.
In another case, Cobalt traveling on the Termez-Tashkent route was stopped and inspected at the “Umakay” traffic patrol station. As a result, 350 grams of hashish and 65 grams of opium were found among the belongings of a man (born in 1959 in Denau district), who had been convicted of two drug-related crimes.
It turned out that the drugs, smuggled from Tajikistan by third parties, were to be sold in Tashkent.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted. An investigation is underway.
